Carty’s Collision Center is a family owned and operated facility since 1992. Located in Ontario, CA on historic California Street.

Carty’s Collision Center is where technology meets with core family values. Measuring systems, computerized paint matching, combined with our family style customer service, we are your one stop shop for collision repair. We work with all insurance companies and are on a Direct Repair Facility with most of the major carriers. We can also handle that little scratch quickly or help with minor repairs like changing out a bulb. We are here to service our customers and our community. A facility can have all of the equipment, training and processes laid out, but if they do not have the right people, it is all for not. At Carty’s Collision Center, we are family. The Management of our facility is run by family and our staff considers themselves family. Our Office Manager has been with us for 8 years. She was a part-time college student when she started with us. Our technicians have an average of 7.5 years with us. Our pay structure and employee benefits help us with employee retention. We have provided health insurance and an annual bonus to employees for the last 12 years. (Way before Congress thought it was a good idea). We believe that happy employees make quality repairs. Are we perfect, no, but we strive to be. We understand that our success is due to our loyal customers and we do all we can to ensure that our current customer gets added to that list so that we will be around for a very long time. And as we are human, when we make a mistake, we step up and take care of it. This is almost as important as the initial repair.
